At New Style Records, we take pride in offering quality vintage and analog media and equipment. Due to the nature of our products—many of which are rare, collectible, and pre-owned—all sales are final.

 

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any items once a purchase is completed. This policy applies to all products, including but not limited to:

• Vinyl records, CDs, and cassette tapes

• VHS tapes and analog video media

• Turntables, stereos, speakers, and other audio equipment

• VCRs, CRT TVs, and analog video devices

• Accessories and parts (needles, cartridges, cables, etc.)

 

Condition & Testing

We strive to accurately describe and test all items before sale. If you have questions about a product’s condition or functionality, please ask before purchasing. We’re happy to provide details, photos, or demonstrations when possible.

 

Selling to Us

If you’re selling items to New Style Records, all transactions are final once agreed upon and completed. We do not return items or reverse purchases.
